Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you (the "Client") and Antalee Wellness Spa ("Company"). By booking and utilizing services provided by the Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us before proceeding.

1. General Terms

Client Responsibility: The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete health information during consultations to ensure treatments are safe and effective. The Client is responsible for informing the Spa of any allergies, medical conditions, or recent procedures.
Right to Refuse Service: The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior or presenting a health condition that contraindicates treatment.
Age Restrictions: Clients under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent for treatments. Certain services may require a parent or guardian to be present during the session.
Pricing and Promotions: All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

2. Facials and Advanced Facial Treatments

Skin Sensitivities: The Client is responsible for disclosing any skin sensitivities, allergies, or conditions prior to treatment. The Spa is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions.
Post-Treatment Care: The Client agrees to follow the post-treatment instructions provided by their therapist. The Spa is not responsible for reduced effectiveness or adverse effects due to non-compliance with these instructions.
Advanced Treatments: For treatments such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion, the Spa may require a patch test 24-48 hours before the service.

3. Body Treatments

Health Considerations: The Client agrees to disclose any cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, or recent surgeries prior to treatment. Certain conditions may contraindicate treatment.
Comfort Levels: The Spa prioritizes the Client's comfort and encourages open communication with the therapist during the session to ensure a positive experience.

4. Massages

Health and Safety: The Client must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or recent surgeries prior to massage services. Massage treatments are non-medical and should not replace professional medical care.
Draping Policy: The Spa follows strict professional draping standards to ensure the Client's privacy and comfort throughout the session.
Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to accommodate other Clients. The full service fee will still apply.

5. Waxing

Pre-Waxing Care: The Client agrees to exfoliate the treatment area gently 24 hours prior to their appointment and to avoid applying lotions or oils beforehand.
Post-Waxing Care: The Client must avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and hot showers for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
Contraindications: The Spa cannot perform waxing services on Clients taking certain medications (e.g., Retin-A, Accutane) or with specific skin conditions.

7. Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
Group Bookings: Group appointments require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

8. Payment and Refunds

Payment Methods: The Spa accepts cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory.
Refunds: Services are non-refundable. Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and accompanied by proof of purchase.

9. Liability

Service Results: While the Spa strives for the best possible outcomes, individual results may vary. The Spa is not liable for treatments that do not meet personal expectations if performed as directed.
Personal Belongings: The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Clients are encouraged to secure their valuables.
Health-Related Issues: The Client assumes responsibility for disclosing all relevant health information. The Spa is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed conditions.

10. Confidentiality

The Spa is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's personal and health information, which will only be used to provide safe and effective treatments. The Spa adheres to all applicable privacy laws.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Antalee Wellness Spa regarding the services provided. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

12. Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Antalee Wellness Spa, operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

12.1. Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include [promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders]. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include [order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information]. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary [but will not exceed 3 messages per month. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.

12.2. User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at Info.antalee@gmail.com. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.

12.3. User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to opt out of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us.

Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.

12.4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.

12.5. Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Spa operates.

By booking an appointment at Antalee Wellness Spa, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
