Returns & Refunds

This Return and Refund Policy applies to merchandise and products purchased from the Antalee website at www.antalee.com or from the Antalee in person location. It does not apply to any services that Antalee offers or that you may receive from an Antalee Service Provider.

Return Policy

Antalee has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your products to request a return only due to an allergic reaction.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee may be applied based on skin care company's policies.

To start a products return, you may contact us at info.antalee@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the principal address of Antalee Wellness Spa: 1352 Patriot Blvd, Glenview IL, 60026.

For purchases through the Antalee website, if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For gift certificate purchases either through the antalee website, antalee wellness spa's vagaro booking platform, or in person physical certificate purchases all sales are final. Gift certificates may not be returned or refunded.

Return of Damaged Products

Please inspect your product(s) upon receipt of your shipment and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.antalee@gmail.com.

Changes to Policy

Antalee reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this Return and Refund Policy, at any time, effective with or without prior notice and without any liability to the Company.
