Antalee requires 24 hours notice for a single appointment, 48 hours for a package or parties greater than 2, to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a fee. Appointments that are no showed will also be charged 50% of the service price
Unfortunately we do not accept walk-ins, however same day appointments can be scheduled, only an hour in advance.
Our providers need enough time to properly turn over their rooms when providing treatments.
Any client that may show up more than five minutes later than the scheduled appointment time will have to have their appointment timing adjusted in order not to affect later appointments.

You can purchase gift certificates online, in person at our spa, or by phone. Digital and physical options are available!
Yes! You can purchase a gift certificate for a specific service, package, or any dollar amount of your choice.
Our gift certificates expire 3 years post purchase date, so your recipient can use them until that point, whenever they're ready to relax and unwind.
Yes, gift certificates can be applied toward any service or retail purchase at our spa. Gift certificates can only be used in person.
Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you’d like to gift it to someone else, you’re welcome to do so.
If you have a physical certificate, please bring it with you. For digital gift cards, we just need the certificate number.
Yes! For online gift certificate purchases, you can enter the recipient's information, and it gets automatically emailed directly to them.
Gift certificates can be used for regular-priced services, including spa packages. They typically can’t be used with limited-time promotions unless stated otherwise.

Yes! Most of our packages can be customized to fit your needs. Just let us know your preferences when booking, and we’ll do our best to tailor the experience for you.
We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially for packages involving multiple services or multiple guests.
In many cases, yes! We allow substitutions within a similar price range or service category. Just contact us to discuss your options.

Antalee has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your products to request a return only due to an allergic reaction.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A restocking fee may be applied based on skin care company's policies.
